Alliances
What are Light and Darkness?
They are symbolic sides of Estonus. Light and Darkness do not represent good against evil; they represent different paths inside the brand universe.
Can the choice be changed?
No. The alliance choice requires confirmation and remains linked to the member account.
Can I buy products from the opposite side?
After the alliance is confirmed, products from the opposite side are blocked for that account.
Do I need to choose an alliance to browse?
No. Navigation remains open. The alliance affects the purchase of products classified by side.
How do I view my alliance?
Access My Account or the Alliance page. The information is read from the real member account.
Products
What does oversized fit mean?
Oversized is a wider form, with volume and visual presence. At Estonus, proportion is part of the language of the piece.
How do I choose size?
Check the information available on each product page. A definitive size guide still needs to be defined before the official opening.
Where do I find information for each piece?
On the product page, where name, variations, price and descriptions registered in WooCommerce are shown.
Can product color vary by screen?
Yes. Screens, brightness and color settings can change the visual perception of images.
Orders
How do I track my order?
Follow records in My Account. Transactional emails also report relevant order stages.
Where do I find my orders?
Access My Account and open the Orders section.
Can I buy without an account?
Navigation is open. Purchase may require an account and alliance depending on the real product classification.
How do I receive confirmation?
WooCommerce sends transactional emails to the email entered at purchase or linked to the account.
Payment
Which methods are accepted?
Checkout currently displays PayPal as the payment provider. Available methods depend on the real gateway configuration at purchase time.
Is payment secure?
Payment is processed by configured gateways, such as PayPal. Estonus does not request passwords or complete payment data by message.
The order was created, but payment is pending. What does it mean?
It means the order exists, but still depends on gateway approval or payment completion.
Shipping
How is the deadline calculated?
The final processing, posting and transport policy still needs to be defined before official publication.
How do I track shipping?
When tracking or delivery updates are registered, they should appear in the store transactional channels.
What happens if the address is incorrect?
Before completing purchase, carefully review the address entered at checkout.
Account
How do I reset my password?
Access My Account and use WooCommerce password recovery.
How do I change my address?
Access My Account and open Addresses.
How do I view my alliance?
Access My Account or the Choose Your Side page.
How do I sign out?
Use the Sign out link inside the real My Account navigation.
